Celebrating 20 Years: The Whitewater Story

Twenty years ago, a simple idea took root on Highway 50: create a place where adventurers could gather, where locals could call home, and where every visitor would leave as a friend.

The Beginning (2005)

When we first opened, Whitewater Bar & Grill was just a small roadside stop. A few tables, a grill, and a cooler full of beer.

Growing with the Gorge

As rafting tourism grew, so did we. We expanded our patio, added our famous Main Stage, installed volleyball courts, and built a menu that became legendary.

What Makes Us Special

The People: Our staff is family. Many have been with us for over a decade.

The Community: Canon City has supported us through everything.

The Experience: A great burger, a cold beer, good music, and even better company.
